At around 1:30 PM UTC we received several warnings that our Live Chat software was down. When further contacting our providers and seeing the root cause of the issue, we were able to fix the issue with contact with our providers. We are deeply sorry to all those that were affected by this outage. Rest assured, all of our support channels are back up and running now.
